Serving Spring Homeowners & Contractors
Spring sits right between our two yards — which makes it one of our fastest delivery areas. We serve all of Spring, from Champions and Gleannloch Farms to Breckenridge Forest, Harmony, and everything along the Spring Cypress corridor.
Whether you need a full yard of fresh sod or a few yards of topsoil and mulch, we can usually get it out to you same day.
What Grows Best in Spring
Spring has a mix of established neighborhoods with mature trees and newer construction with open lots. For shaded yards — especially in Champions and the older parts of Spring — Palmetto St. Augustine or Zeon Zoysia are the right call. For open sunny lots and newer construction, Raleigh St. Augustine is our most popular seller. Bermuda varieties like TifTuf and Celebration are great for active families and sun-heavy yards.

About Spring
Spring, Texas is a large unincorporated community in Harris County just north of Houston, roughly split between the FM 2920 corridor to the west and I-45 to the east. It's home to some of the most established and beloved neighborhoods in all of NW Houston — including Champions, one of the most recognized golf and country club communities in the area.
Champions and the surrounding neighborhoods are older and heavily treed, with mature hardwoods creating significant shade in many yards. For these lots, Palmetto St. Augustine or Zeon Zoysia are almost always the recommendation — both handle moderate shade well and stay dense and green with minimal input.
Further north along FM 2920 and Spring Cypress Road, you get into newer construction territory. Harmony is a large master-planned community that continues to grow. Gleannloch Farms is one of Spring's premier golf course communities. Breckenridge Forest is a well-established neighborhood popular with families. In these sunnier, newer areas, Raleigh St. Augustine and Bermuda varieties are the most popular choices.
Spring's soil is similar to the rest of Houston — heavy clay that drains slowly and compacts over time. On new construction lots especially, we recommend 2–4 inches of Enriched Topsoil before sodding. Our Tomball yard on FM 2920 is the closest to most of Spring — call (281) 259-1661 for same-day availability.
